  • Tjerk is responsible for guiding the overall direction of OpenEcho, overseeing strategy, development, the execution of impact-driven digital campaigns and building partnerships across the civic, media and digital strategy sectors.

    He brings expertise in market research, insights and digital analytics, with a career spanning work for innovation-focused consultancies and global Fortune 1000 companies. Tjerk previously led analytics and business development at TrueChoice Solutions and consulted for BehaviorQuant, a behavioural science tech startup. He currently works at Digitalberatung GmbH, part of the MAI Group (Marketing Automation Intelligence).

    He holds a Master’s degree in Policy, Communication & Organisation from VU University Amsterdam.
